Yeah, Cronje, obvz. Boycs should've gone further than he did tho.

& kudos to LHC. The match-ups have been a genuinely good read.

    - As featured in The Independent.

"The committee discussed the issue of illegal bowling actions, and believed that there are a number of bowlers currently employing suspect actions in international cricket, and that the ICC's reporting and testing procedures are not adequately scrutinising these bowlers."
    - Even the ICC's own official press release thinks things must change

Indeed and, for the same reasons I voted for Gilchrist over Cronje in the final, I vote for Sir Geoffrey now

Still Cronje, at least Boycott never tried to fix matches.

If LHC doesn't win Battle of the Members IX for this thread it'll be a travesty.

    Boycott.

How Gilchrist didn't win this, I don't know. A tiny little bit of financial fraud clearly considered worse than spousal abuse.

As such, to be consistent I'm plumping for Boycott here.

    Hahahahahaha.

Cronje. While I kinda regret plumping for Boycott over Bhajji, Boycott never did anything illegal IIRC.
    5-0

    RIP Craig Walsh (Craig) 1985-2012

Proudly supporting the #2 cricketer of all time.
