Yes, but that was only because he didn't break into the Australian side before 1978 (iirc)

I don't think he was 'involved'. He got his debut because of it, but he was a bystander

Pretty much the only one to get a prolonged run in the side, although Hogg, Toohey, Yallop and Yardley (among others) all made appearances.

Oh and Kim Hughes of course.

Interesting that people are already putting Clarke ahead of Hussey. I think it's obvious to all and sundry that it's very, very likely to end up that way by the time Clarke's career ends, but I'm not sure I'd do it quite yet.
