This is why SA will always have a good side

ICC Under-19 World Cup 2012 : ICC Under-19 World Cup 2012: 'We train our young guys differently' - Ray Jennings | Cricket Features | ICC Under-19 World Cup | ESPN Cricinfo

Nothing to do with talent, they just work/train harder than everyone else.

Mystery solved

That would certainly be the case if all of SA's players came through the age groups.

Jennings is like a 70yo who overcompensates for the changes through the past 50-odd years and his outdated resultant feelings by over-accentuating olden methodologies so as to feel superior.

train guys differently --> Jennings . Is it knocking players out while practicing slip catches and make them run a lap after a no ball ? Hope not..

The world cup title isn't the most prestigious in cricket, being the no 1 test side is, and South Africa are on the brink of achieving that as long as they don't choke.

This 'choking' business is a load of ****e, teams never collectively choke, except maybe once in a blue moon. Its an individual thing

South Africa respectfully disagree

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

Is the term "choking" overused? Yes. But that doesn't mean teams aren't sometimes mentally weak as a unit. South Africa in the past have been, can't see how that can be denied. And it happens fairly often in a range of sports.

depends on your definition of choking. If failing to win an important / vital match, then yes. But that isn't the definition of choking in my book. I see a choke as losing from a position where victory seems more easy.i.e Adam Scott at the open. That is choking IMO.
