There's something distinctly androgynous about the guy too. The voice, the dainty mannerisms, and the never ending drama queen bull****.

Source?

Guessing Twatter, but whose feed?

Find myself almost wishing it's true, actually. The ECB, cast here in the role of cuckolded spouse, not accepting such a craven and flagrant twelfth hour promise the errant partner can change and that he's loved them all along. #yougogirl

Nick Hoult ‏@NHoultCricket

Sounds like no KP. Anyway back to the Mountain biking

mike selvey ‏@selvecricket

Rumours gathering pace that KP has been cut adrift. Disciplinary as a result of texts and video, or the end of the line?

Boycott to come out in support of KP. Ink it in.

Very similar temperaments as players, even if polar opposite MOs.

Why would the ECB publish that video and then drop him? Would be a dickish move of the highest order. And we are certainly in no shape to drop Pietersen.

I don't think the video was published with the ECB's permission...

Ah I was under the impression it had been.

Still, don't see why they'd push the announcement back if it wasn't to try and sort things out. We'll see soon enough though.

Maybe KP knew he was cut of, and just made the video to make himself out to be the victim. Realistically speaking, he would have lost nothing by doing so - if it is indeed the case. Would make an interesting double bluff. What if the double bluff is called though and they put him in the ODI squads? Mmm.

yes it's pretty likely he did know by the time he released the video and it was just some last ditch attempt to regain selection and to win the pr war should he not be selected.
