Why do so many Victorians have that Tory-style combination of smugness and despair on their dials all the time?

The thought of Warne playing in the rain reminds of that scene in the Wizard of Oz where bucket of water meets witch.

marsh has typically taken awhile to kick into gear, a non-striker that can barely run isn't gonna help him.

It's a total **** up, can't understand it. Ridiculous.
I vaguely recall something about the umpires not making decisions based on the lights. Which is totally ridiculous and counter-productive, but still.

Couple of questions:
Why is Quiney 'keeping ahead of Handscomb (if he is, that's what Cricinfo says)?
Why is Faulkner captaining (Cricinfo again, plus a tweet or something)?

Warne (& White) trying to escape possible slow over rate ban. he didn't look at the rules though. he's going down (possibly even if their over rate is fine)

Handers Handscomb is keeping.

Warne is cheating and sent Faulkner out to do the toss because if he gets done for overrates again he gets suspended.
