Sounds like those spring loaded stumps you can buy when you cbf picking up poles.

Has CdG adjusted his technique slightly? I don't remember him having his bat on the ground during most of his stance. Still has that massive flourish at the end.

And where was this four years ago Hopkins? WAC.:ph34r:

Auckland have the best team by far on paper but the fielding of their quicks is doing its best to keep Canterbury and their four batsmen in this.

Really enjoyed the game last night. Crowd wasn't big, but they were making plenty of noise. Atmosphere was awesome in that last over.

Various outfield shenanigans. At one point a six went over his head, and he took off his hat and threw it up at the ball. Then one of his catches involved him hopping up and down on the spot perilously close to the rope.

Kuggs red carded for two full tosses above the waist, Woakes 1/54 off 4, really can't leave soon enough. :(

Liberal high school of cricket in mercurial performance shocker. Hurricanes used to bags 8th out of 12 with this method, so I imagine we'll be 4th here.
