Millmow's embarrassed himself with his trademark pessimism btw, even radio's Steve Davie saying Gayle at Pukekura Park this Wednesday.

Do his arm balls drift like a mofo? Can't imagine him getting any real conventional turn.

Didn't CD come out and dispel those rumours about Gayle? They desperatly need some more batsman though.

Good to see Wellington selecting some actual Wellington players and being rewarded for it by easily defending a massive total for a change.

Urgh, come home to see the inevitable with such a short batting line up. Milne practically playing as a specialist batsman is mind boggling, even if he has a FC 97 at number 10. It's not like we don't have any reserve batsmen either, not to mention ten million bowling allrounders like Badenhorst who can offer something.

There must have been a short notice injury and we were probably caught out with the squad we brought down, though I notice Will Young was 12th man.

Good to see the fresher Wellington bowlers doing well.

Young dislocated his finger in the w/u apparantly. Milne had rolled his ankle so couldn't bowl.

Good to see Tugs and Friday in the wickets. One of them + McKay + Franklin + Woodcock + Patel/Houghton with Ryder + Franklin + Boam filling in would be our full strength attack at the moment.

lol jk we'd use our 5 internationals

Pitching it a bit short to start off with. Seemed to work out his length better towards the end. Also seemed to know exactly where to take his run up to best obstruct the batsman running. Promising enough, I guess.
