Wow, went out for a bit when Otago were 4/nothing and came back to a Otago victory. Well done to them.
Auckland have been smoking something since Christmas.

These Cachopa boys are a great addition to the domestic circuit.

I'm dining out on edging him for 4 for the rest of my life, I'm telling you. I'll tell my grandchildren about it. I'll never shut up.

RtD turning into an outstanding signing for Otago - certainly providing more to the team than Mascarenhas did last season for them. Nice to see Jimmy Neesham with a key contribution too.
So do Sky actually plan on showing any cricket that isn't on during a Friday night? This is bloody disgraceful and I would be surprised if NZC were happy with it (well actually I wouldn't because they're run by muppets) Surely if you're trying to sell a product to the public getting it on TV would be in your best interest.

They (NZC) wont be happy, but and the end of the day it's Skytv which probably dictates the scheduling around the HRV cup. I mean **** me they take a 6 team competition and drag it out for 12 weeks, madness if you ask me.
Money and ratings, that's what it comes down too.
It's just pathetic tbh. You can't tell me that after chaging their entire schedule for the benefit of Sky TV that they can't ask for five or so games to be shown in return during the holiday period. Like I said how do you expect the public to get behind this thing if they're missing more than half of the games?
Anyway Sodhi is making his 20/20 debut today, while Adridge is making a return. Wilson must surely be on his last legs because the guy hasn't made a single run all summer, while James Marshall has offered next to nothing in all of the games so far. Bradburn and his extreme loyalty will be the only thing that stops us from winning this thing. Hampton, Mitchell and Verma all come in, get one chance and then they're gone. Typical of the man really.
Incredible Small wasn't wanted (or they didn't establish what he could actually do) for the early rounds. Goes for 15 runs less than Milne, must be a day that ends in y.![]()
Just requests (or incredible play from Weerasundara etc.) will now hit Plunket Promise. Or access the vault from here.
Yeah a bugger we lost that. 150 is always slightly too few at most NZ grounds. Milne is making a real habit of getting smoked in 20/20. Wouldn't be against him being left for the two longer forms to develop as a bowler.
Small (Y). Good to see him back.
Wellington should try to keep Devcich in.
He hit Brad Cachopa in the nuts on TV last year.
