Jesse is back from watching Fight for Life on Saturday. Look forward to seeing how he goes against Southee, both in top form.

Checked the scores at lunch and came on here this evening all ready for lol ND and Southee does that! WTF.

But still, Williamson,Flynn and Watling should really move provinces if they ever want to score domestic runs again. ND-itis struck.

Auckland look to be really suffering from exporting so many good FC cricketers, especially since most of them are quite young. Raval, Neesham, two Cachopa's and Nicol are all losses in the batting department.

And Boam being 12th man ****s me. He's too good to be left out. Just drop one of the 25 imports ffs. I understand Wellington should do what they feel is best for the team but they suck at judging that and we need all six provinces to be producing players, so NZC step in and ban Wellington from buying players ffs. No disrespect to Hutchinson either and I think he is a decent bowler but if he's here just to play FC with no NZ aspirations then he should be a squad bowler only. Andrew Lamb would walk into their side atm if he went home (well home away from home in his case) and if Friday is fit and taking club wickets, lets see if he lives up to the hype.

And Mathieson should be in our team today imo.

As for the lower order batting thing, I have no idea whats the cause of it. Bowling standards have shot up from a few years ago so the tail really shouldn't be hanging around as much as it is. It's something we won't be able to determine the cause of unless we attended every match (or watch every ball on the highlights thingie).

Really hope Southee gives Ryder a ****ing go so he pulls his head in and then gives Ronchi a sort out.

Or alternatively our test keeper could score some damn runs.

Sincerely. Howsie to confirm Mitchell's usual position, a Murdoch classic is 3rd slip actually.

Well, he's out, caught...is Mitchell a slip? Southee "doing an Andrew" and taking his batting form into his bowling. He could grab a 6 or 7-for this innings in this form.

Kuggs promoted to 4!

Mills joins the Lower Order 50 Makers list. And Hopkins has finally scratched together a decent score in the kind of situation he's more than familiar with.

Acid test for Ryder now. All well and good smashing 20 year olds with more pace than experience. Lets see how he goes and 3 for zip batting for stumps against an in form quick.

Excellent comparison for what he'll have to do in test cricket.

edit: not very well

This will be the innings Elliott or Woodcock tons up, ensuring no Boam for another 20 matches.

What part of "these runs were brought to you by c, b and f" don't you people understand.
