With a whole host of attacking batsmen further down the order, it's paramount that I have some stability at the top. And Geoffrey Boycott's kind of decent at that.

Hmm.. difficult selection for a second opener, but I'll take Archie Jackson. Tragic that he was taken so young; he would have been an ATG.
