I agree. In his ATG England team Bradman preferred Grace to Botham as the allrounder batting at No.6

Morris Richards Bradman Tendulkar Sobers Tallon Lindwall Lillee Bedser O'Reilly Grimmett Unless you're talking about Bradman's ashes XI? Although I don't think Grace made that either tbh

Sorry mate, no way was Lindwall a better batsman than Tallon
I can only assume you say that having only considered test match averages. Tallon at 6 is obviously a questionable call though.Bradman was certainly not Miller's greatest fan, something that I can't help but think affected his decision |
