Keen to consolidate my pace battery. Andy Roberts, the mean prick. One of my favorite cricketers. I love the stories told about his two bouncers. One normal paced which the batsman'd hit for 4, and one very quick that would kill the batsman. Watch out ****s.
- Brian Lara
- Wasim Akram
- Shane Warne
- Andy Roberts
(Incidentally, I now have two of the best exponents of the bouncer to have played in Roberts and Wasim. Hooke's jaw!)

“I'm writing a book on magic”, I explain, and I'm asked, “Real magic?” By real magic people mean miracles, thaumaturgical acts, and supernatural powers. “No”, I answer: “Conjuring tricks, not real magic”. Real magic, in other words, refers to the magic that is not real, while the magic that is real, that can actually be done, is not real magic.”

Plus you're second in R5. So if you're after a fast bowler there's a number of brilliant choices still available.
Your glass is definitley half-full, not half-empty.
Just meant that every time I target a player he is immediately taken. Was just cursing my luck, really wanted that fast bowler to complement Mcgrath. Perfect pair.
But ironically, if you did get the player you targeted every Round then the Draft would be inherently boring. Part of the fun is failing to get the player you desire, and then having to adjust your strategy as a consequence.
It's the necessary lateral thinking in the face of failure that makes Drafting addictive.
Was just thinking out loud and it is addictive. Already have plan B in place.
