Dot think my R11 pick would have even been considered by anyone else though so it's no big advantage. Will be a very 'Jagerish' pick.

My guy is sure to be picked by someone. i do have a few backups though so I don't have all my eggs in one basket exactly.

I'll take Walter Robins via the 'bowled Bradman' clause, please. Very interesting player, and amazed he hasn't been selected in a draft before. Handy bits and pieces player for the side, as well as a second spinner - further lessens Miller's pressure in the side.

1. Archie Jackson
2. Saeed Anwar
3. -
4. Jacques Kallis (6)
5. Kevin Pietersen
6. Clyde Walcott+
7. Keith Miller (2)
8. Kapil Dev (3)
9. Walter Robins (5)
10. Michael Holding (1)
11. Sydney Barnes (4)

New = Erapalli Prasanna: Judged by many to be the best Indian spinner of all time.

Watson's XI
01. Len Hutton
02. Mark Taylor*
03. Justin Langer
04. Walter Hammond (5)
05. Dudley Nourse
06. VVS Laxman
07. John Waite+
08. Andy Roberts (2)
09. Dennis Lillee (1)
10. Erapalli Prasanna (4)
11. Courtney Walsh (3)

Finished!

Admittedly a no-nonsense and dour team overall. But unflappable and therefore very hard to beat just the same.

Excellent team Eds. And Kallis is the 6th bowler!

Apparently RWV Robins averaged 26 with the bat, and 27 with the ball bowling leg-spin. Seems quite a talented player. Note the easy run-up and bowling action in the video;

Cheers watson. And yeah, Robins is excellent for my side. Really balances the side which I thought was going to be a problem in this draft (hence selecting Kallis & Miller early on) but it seems not. He'd be solid I reckon.

Struggling with the next pick though. A couple of really quality players left to fill the final gap in my batting lineup.

All those pre-WWII batsman to choose from. A very nice problem to struggle with.
