BTW for the World B team, I'll start with the opening bowlers an opening batsman and will save the keeper for last.
Also if anyone wants to do a round, just let me know, I'll do the World B, but don't mind taking a break every now and then.
I'll gladly do a round or two whenever you feel like taking a break. Miller and Akram currently drawn on five votes each at the moment, too. What will we do if it is a draw?
Oh for a strong arm and a walking stick
Yeah cool Jager I'll probably get you to do the World C team.
I've purposely not voted in this draft in anticipation that it would be a draw. If its a draw, I'll pick between the two.

24 hours are now up so Wasim Akram makes the World A team ahead of Keith Miller by the narrowest of margins 6-5, I suspect mainly due to team balance. It really is an awesome attack now.
World A XI so far
1. S. Gavaskar
2. H. Sutcliffe
3. G. Headley
4. B. Lara
5. W. Hammond
7. A. Knott
8. R. Hadlee
9. W. Akram
10. C. Ambrose
11. M. Muralitharan
Please select today:
1) Someone to fill the remaining slot in the World A XI.
2) Do we want to name captains for each team? (over 50% needed) If so, who is your World XI captain? I'll ask World A XI tomorrow if we go ahead with this.
3) Two opening bowlers for the World B XI
World XI 1 J Hobbs 2 L Hutton 3 D Bradman 4 V Richards 5 S Tendulkar 6 G Sobers 7 A Gilchrist 8 I Khan 9 S Warne 10 M Marshall 11 G McGrath

Lillee and Barnes
RIP Craig Walsh (Craig) 1985-2012
Proudly supporting the #2 cricketer of all time.
Barnes and Lillee
'You will look very silly said Mr Salteena with a dry laugh.
Well so will you said Ethel in a snappy tone and she ran out of the room with a very superier run throwing out her legs behind and her arms swinging in rithum.
Well said the owner of the house she has a most idiotick run.'
No point IMO
Lillee and Trueman

Anyone want to join the Society?
Beware the evils of Kit-Kats - they're immoral apparently.
I think we're lacking batting depth, so as much as Miller deserves to have a spot in this team and would have negated Imran, I'll have to select Jaques Kallis for the number 6 position even though he doesn't bat there. Yes for selecting skippers.
