IMO none of the international teams should be visiiting Pakistan anytime soon...things need to settle down

The tour being called off is for the best IMO. I don't think Pakistan is stable enough to host international events at the moment. Also, even if this tour does take place, is it really going to prove anything? 2 days of hosting Bangladesh isn't exactly going to convince England/Aus/SA/India and the rest to tour.

The drama has started again.

Both the boards are discussing the tour again and PCB holding NOCs for their players for BPL 2 presumably a bargaining unless the tour schedule is confirmed. Not sure about the current state of mind of our players about the tour but last time around, there were high concerns and refusal among many of the players to participate in the tour.

The question is whether this proposed short tour of 5 days (10 to 15 Jan for 1 ODI and 1 T20) enough to bring back International Cricket in full flow? Will this convince teams like England and Australia to visit in near future? If not, then what's the real purpose of such tour? Maybe PCB thinking it's that one step to bring back Cricket in Pakistan from which many being deprived of for quite some time now but is it worth the risk at the moment? I am not too aware of the current situation, not the best person to talk regarding this matter.
