Alastair Hignall played 14 Union Tests for England at full-back during the amateur era, and played 170 FC and 138 OD games for Gloucestershire and Cambridge University.

He's admittedly not a dual-international, as he only averaged 30 in FC as an opening bat, but an impressive record, none-the-less. He also commentates on Union for FiveLive.

The wikipedia article suggests that he's no longer commentating on rugby for 5Live. Not sure if this is related to his multiple sclerosis.

Couple of women to add to the list:

Ellyse Perry currently plays soccer as well as cricket for Australia, at the age of 18, and Suzie Bates of New Zealand also represented her country in basketball at Beijing last year.
