Stadiums are hardly quarter full, turning out to be more embarrassing as the home teams also can't pull any crowd. Also the state of Khulna stadium looks to be in very poor condition already. Not long ago it was reconstructed and nominated for hosting test matches.

Poor advertising maybe. Dunno.

Watched a few games, impressed by the quality of cricket tbf. In parts it's really poor but overall it's much better than I expected. Probably on par with FLT20.

Yeah agreed. Shapoor Zadran looks less sharp as compared to the recent T20 WC though unfortunately. Are there any other Afghans besides him and Nabi?

Gazi looks the good btw. Not the nicest of actions though (his quicker one has been reported before).

Khulna winning their last two matches opened the tourney now for semi final places; Sylhet and Dhaka are probably sitting pretty at the top but good competition for the last two spots.

Was Sibanda bowled or hit wicket there?
bowled apparently, it looks like the ball broke the bat and hit the stumps rather than the bat

I see Dirk Nannes is over there and doing alright. I love his bowling style and would still like him to play T20 for Oz.

I think Sibanda actually missed the ball and was clean bowled; he broke the bat on the ground.

Not surprised..BCB has no business sense...its shocking..last year all the games were played in Dhaka..you cannot have a cricket match every day and expect the same people to show up..that is not how you do business..you want to distribute your product to as many people as possible..games should have been played elsewhere too..

Not sure about this year..are they playing in other cities?

Three cities this time; people in Dhaka and Khulna didnt show up but Ctg giving a good response though. Also ticket prices are bit high

1) Mustard is complete ****e. so bad. and running out mahmood isn't ideal but...
2) the commentator is completely out of line criticizing Mustard for taking that single. You've gotta take those singles. Its completely results orientated commentating. It's unfortunate that Mahmood was slow and Tait hit with his throw but it is still a single every time.

gutted Ravi hasn't turned his arm over yet.

Having his bag stolen by a net bowler and the police apparently reluctant to do anything about it (see Twitter comments on Cricinfo) might make him think twice about going back though.
