Was THAT Perth innings of Tendulkar really deserved to be called his best knock?

Most experts not only call that as his best, but also one of the greatest knocks played on Australian soil.

Few myths here:

1. The pitch was fast and bouncy: Wrong. The bounce looked decent but the pitch was not fast at all.

2. The Australian attack was deadly: If McDermott, Hughes and Whitney is DEADLY to you, then Ashwin> Murali.

It is a good knock no doubt, but I can name at least 10 better knocks than this.

Also agree.

Lara 277 and Sangakara 192 are the two best knocks I saw by foreigners in Australia. You just couldn't see them getting out.
Vaughan's entire series here where he made 600 runs is worth noting too.
