NZ really are hopeless at bating first in ODIs.
To be fair, any other team 164/3 after 32.5 overs would be considered to be in a decent position. However my crystal ball tells me we're still going to struggle to set a good total.
A lot depends on this pair obviously.

Now Ryder and Franklin need to bat for the next 10 overs.
Game over. The players shake hands. 2-0 South Africa.
There goes the game. *sigh*
Surprise surprise we butchered the innings....again.
The only way New Zealand score 300 in a ODI against quality opposition is if they are chasing 350.
Impressive capitulation here.
"Ryder was pushing away from his body." Must have had to push it quite away outside off in that case.
**** I hate the ****ing batting powerplay.
It comes off 1 every 10 times at most. Beforehand, players stagnate because they are afraid of getting out just before taking it. And when they do take it, 9/10 some set batsman gets out when set for a ton by playing normally.
Get rid of the ****ing thing.
The batting powerplay literally never works for us.
Last four wickets for 21 runs. Great going, guys.
