Is Pattinson the new Cummins?

We all saw how good of a player Cummins was. Is Pattinson the new Cummins? Can he live up to the hype? Will CA release memorabilia for him in the Boxing Day test?

Don't know. All I can hope for is that Umesh Yadav doesn't turn out to be the next Sreesanth

^There were numerous bowlers in the early eighties who were groomed to be the new hadlee. Finally we got morrison and luckily for him he was about our 7th or 8th attempt and "they" had learned something so they just said "he will never be hadlee but he can be Danny Morrison" and he was.

Always disturbing when Tories demonstrate a sense of humour.

Kudos

Bound to be some memorabilia produced. Probably a photo of Pattinson celebrating taking his 5-wicket haul in a lovely frame inlayed with gold leaf and half a cup of Mark Nicholas' semen.

Pattinson must be a little bit sad that there was no memorabilia for his performance in the first test on sale by the second.
