Where's Wahab

r3alist

U19 Cricketer
I am hesitant to attribute good things to the pcb, but if they know, or think it's likely that wahab had involvement then why take the risk, the benefit would not be worth the potential cost.

Especially if he starts performing well, all it will take is a snide comment and people will be on pakistans case.

yeah PCB needs to come out in the open and state why the said player is being kept away.First Kaneria and now Wahab is getting the same treatment.
Issue might be that they can't come out and say exactly why, nothing's been proven about him in a court of law. It's worth it for the cultural change of the team, if you can't trust that your teammates are 100% committed to winning all the time, then it eats at the soul of your team.

Of course, the issue might just be that the selection and management think he is rubbish.
I don't think that is the case, he is probably even a better new ball prospect then our current attack bowler Mr. Gul and easily the fastest of the current lot.
