Areas of Improvement for your limited overs (ODI and t20)

I'm a do Kenya. Firstly we need an aggressive AND consistent opener, to complement Seren Waters. Obanda and Patel as presently too hit and miss, and too often the middle order find themselves looking for 150-200 runs in the last 20 overs in order to set defendable targets. The candidate there is Duncan Allan, He's got potential to fire time and the again in a way not seen since Morris Odumbe. A good finisher would also be nice, Rajesh Bhudhia is the most likely candidate there. Also Our bowling is also too homogenous to trouble a proper batting line up. Lucas Oluoch's left arm seam could bring that variety so long as his development doesn't stall where he is now.

T20 - everything basically
ODI - Surprisingly not that much. A stable opening partner for Watson, someone to fill the #6/5th or 6th bowler role a little better than in the recent past, but other than that, I think we're OK. Watson-Ponting-Clarke-Hussey is still a total gun top order and the ODI attack remains pretty good, especially in Clarke's hands. Doherty is definitely a capable LO spinner on the sort of decks we're playing on.

An opener not named Imran Farhat

Removal of old farts like Younis, Razzaq and bringing youngsters like Hammad Azam, Umer Amin in their place.
