Bollinger.
Cameron pending fitness (ie. no).
Clark pending the existence of a time machine (ie. no).
Copeland and Butterworth pending team role/pitch conditions, but probably not overall.

The bloke bowls a lot of gash and can get hammered at times but he's got nearly 200 Test wickets @ 30 odd and hasn't exactly declined; he'd be the best bowler in most Test teams going around IMO despite his noted weaknesses and frustrating points. I think that's the key point with Johnson - he's extremely frustrating, which can always make fans under-rate you slightly.

Johnson has been brilliant everytime everytime he returns to Shield cricket. To name every half decent Shield bowler as better is simply lazy and borderline trolling without the humour.
