Ajmal vs Swann

How much of Swann's bowling have you actually watched in the last two years?
Quite a lot actually & he's been pretty ordinary over the last 12 months - his (test) record since the Pakistan series is comparable to Harbhajan's ()

And look, don't play these silly games with me. Agree to disagree like respectable people. No need to indulge in name-calling.

Aside from Brisbane and Trent Bridge, if you think he's actually been bowling poorly then you're off in the clouds.

When saying he's been on a par with Harbhajan, you be definition have been describing him as poor.

No - I likened his record/stats over a particular time period to Harbhajan's, which is reasonable if you bother to check. I made no comparison of their actual bowling.

Harbhajan has been poor for the last 1-2 years, but he has had his purple patches too. The guy has 400 test wickets.

Lets see if Swann is able to sustain the same record and performances 5 years down the line

So we're imposing criteria on Swann that don't apply to Harbhajan?

 What criteria are you talking about.

Bhajji has had a long career and picked up 400 wickets - 10th highest wicket taker in the world. He has been poor for the last 1-2 years but Swann's career is in its early stages, its upto him to sustain his good performances over a long career and lets see if he does that
