Heh. If the shoe were on the other foot here, everyone would be labeling the Saffies as chokers again.

Awesome to see South Africa being the one inflicting the choke for a change.

Would be amazing if they lost from here though :D

64 runs in 4.3 overs from Parnell and Theron. 6 fours and 3 sixes - 1/3rd of the deliveries they faced cleared the boundaries. Amazing. Tailend power FTW.

Lol Parnell and Theron with the innings of their lives. Brilliant watching. Australia lacked an experienced bowler at the death there. Top stuff from Mitch Marsh on debut as well.

Just catching up. Bonkers match.

Interesting to say Australia lacked experience at the death, but Theron and Parnell are hardly veterans, are they?

Does it even count as a choke when it's only T20? And not even a world cup?
It does when choking was helpfully re-defined as "perform to so much as a tiny extent below the expected standard, by any team in any situation for any reason, so long as it's near the end of a LO match".

It means we can all be really, really funny without actually expending any thought, y'see.

White

Oh well. Yes, we choked. Had that on the plate, but effing up the bowling changes doesn't help at all.

Pleased to see Cummins + Pattinson do well, so not overly fussed.

Doubt he'll play, but i think a few bowlers with outstanding recent efforts would due a little peeved.
