If he keeps up his pace for 4-5 more years i wont hesitate putting him over Donald as the best SA quick. Easily the best bowler of a really barren generation...
It's the WPM figure that really sets him apart in my books. He has always been in strong bowling attacks, so like Marshall, to have such a high wpm figure is a huge plus on his resume.

Didn't realise he was averaging close to 30 for the year. And his strike rate is way up as a result, taking him nearly 10 overs per wicket.

Been playing away all year, and that mostly on flatter tracks (although NZ wasn't as flat). I expect him to fire back home.

Lots of flat tracks along the way but he hasnt quite been at his very best this year.

Yeah, he has been less than dominating this year, but some good spells along the way. I was thinking along the lines of how great it would be to have Steyn, Donald and Pollock/Adcock as a bowling line-up.

Please don't mention this arsehole. Ruined the God given talent he never deserved in the first place. Makes my blood boil.

His talent to ruin, pal. But yeah, those two, by now, would've probably been as good as Steyn and Co.

such a relevant conversation to the topic at hand
And smalishah's avatar is the most classy one by far Jan certainly echoes the sentiments of CW

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta
