If India can ask for Harper's removal from the test match in the west indies , why not England ?

Billy Bowden turned down lbw appeals against Sachin Tendulkar and Suresh Raina in the first Test at Lord's.Replays indicated the decisions were incorrect .

Andrew strauss should also demand the removal of biased Billy from the series

Because India didn't ask for Harper's removal and Bowden made 2 wrong decisions against England and 1 against India.
