    Just when I thought it was safe to enjoy commentary, Ravi Shastri, that giant sack of cliches, comes on. He's the one person I wouldn't put it past to ruin even the most perfectly scripted moment.

    I still remember what this annoying git said after the world cup final, "there are so many similarities between India in 1983 and now, for instance, both captains have names that begin with D, and both heads of the bcci are from nagpur."
