There's diminishing returns. It gets harder and harder to get earn more points and I guess only Aus have gone past that mark.

Why is that mark magic?

It is quite often the case that there are a number of teams in the 90-110 range. These teams are of broadly similar standard. A rating above 120 suggests consistently strong performances. Above 130 is rarely achieved and suggests a high degree of dominance over all other teams.

Meh, pitches are often flat at home but the conditions in the air can make up for it

In that period last year, conditions got better for bowling, so anything's possible.
