I believe the WICB needs to do some hard thinking....

They need to work with the IPL in order to accommodate someone like Gayle, who is a unique talent in a mediocre WI team, especially in the shorter formats. If the WICB stopped staging international series that clash with the IPL, everyone would be happy.
