PIETERSEN loses flood auction winner

KEVIN PIETERSEN'S attempt to raise money for Queensland flood victims hit a hitch when his online auction winner disappeared.

England ace KP sold off Ashes goodies and one-day international tickets for £31,800.

But the highest bidder turned out to be an unwitting man based in Afghanistan.

KP's management will now contact the next-highest bidders and are confident of receiving close to £30,000.
