Steyn and Gul are fun but they're basically ****. Johnston's a bowling allrounder. Not saying he should bat ahead of Shakib or anything but he should be at nine.

Yeah maybe. Haven't seen enough of Johnston to decide on that tbh. And thought gul is pretty decent bat tbh, got an awesome pull shot
