Slim pickings, and Sarwan is a toss-up really. Probably missing someone big, but alas...
Somehow, I don't see too much talent in the ranks to see Gayle being replaced in four years' time....

1) Kraigg Brathwaite
2) Adrian Barath
3) Darren Bravo
4) Chris Gayle
5) Ramnaresh Sarwan
6) Marlon Samuels
7) Chadwick Walton
8) Andre Russell/Jerome Taylor
9) Dev Bishoo
10) Kemar Roach
11) Nelon Pascal

Yeah, one of these. Put your money where your mouth is, and we'll dig it in four years to see how wrong we are.

New Zealand Test Side

McCullum
Guptill (still getting to 30 and getting out:ph34r:)
Williamson
Taylor
Ryder
Wells (big punt this one since I haven't seen him live yet, but hearsay and stats are good)
Young
Astle
Bracewell
Southee
Milne

Reserves: Raval, Franklin, Austin-Smellie, Broom, Boult, Wheeler.
Not terrible
Howsie's XI looks pretty good to me.

Just to be different my XI

1) Brodie (will get a temporary stint in the team 4 years from now and will fail)
2) Flynn (who will average 30)
3) Williamson
4) Taylor
5) Ryder
6) McCullum (will be dropped as an opener and still won't want to keep)
7) Watling (will take up the gloves to get into the team)
8) Bracewell (best bowling action after Mason)
9) Southee (he is the real deal)
10) Beard (Revolving door for our spinner - we will try various people like Aussie is)
11) Wagner
This is inspired apart from the openers.

What fools we all were for thinking we'd have Jesse back.:(

Gut feel:

Watson
Hughes (Marsh's injury record worries me long-term)
Khawaja
Clarke (c) (Hopefully by then he'll have long learnt how to score runs at #4)
Ferguson
Marsh
Paine
Smith
Siddle
Starc/Hazlewood/Mitch/Doug/others
well this was embarrassing

Smith as a bowler....

It's also weird seeing people pick the likes of Bollinger and Haurtiz and them then never playing another test match.

Pretty poor, should've realised at the time that injury problems would hold Milne back. Though I'm surprised to see that I opted for Boult - I didn't think that much of him until I saw him bowling on test debut. Gonna claim half a point for Anderson, as his battle with Neesham for the no 6 spot is far from decided.

As for Jesse, he was playing for NZ regularly at the time (when fit) so there was no reason to suspect that he wouldn't be available in 2015.

The Tiger King
Expect Dilshan, Sanga, MJ and Samaraweera to call it a day by 2015, but Sanga and MJ on 37 have a chance of playing by then, Any way I omit both of them in the list.

Tharanga Paranavithana (LH)
Lahiru Thirimanne (LH)
Dinesh Chandimal (RH, rwk)
Angelo Mathews* (RH, RFM)
Thilina Kandamby (LH)
Kaushal Silva+ (RH)
Banuka Rajapakshe (LH, RMF)
Suraj Randiv (RH, OB)
Sachithra Senanayake (RH, OB)
Lasith Malinga (RH, RF)
Thilan Thushara (LH, LFM)

Both Randiv and Senanayake will be very gritty lower order batsmen. Rajapakse is in Jayasuriya mold. Still 19, and ATM flaying the ENG U-19 bowlers at Galle. He's avery useful right arm medium fast bowlers too. SL in 2015 will depend on varierty and all rounders. Legendary names like Sanga, Mahela, Murali will be missing and SL will be in th rebuilding phase by then.

Zaheer? He'd be 37 by 2015, I can't see him or even Sehwag lasting that long.

Anyhow....

Hughes
Watson
Khawaja
Clarke (if his back is still alive)
Mitch Marsh
Smith
Paine
Siddle
Starc
Pattinson
Hazlewood
Came good later on. Didn't really nail the roles of Marsh and Smith though.

Funny that a lot of the English teams went with Lyth and having been in the wilderness these last few years he's had a resurgence and could well play England's first test of 2015.
