Couple of swings and misses and a skied shot that landed in no man's land. The usual.

Harby plops the ball down the ground, and Vettori, for some unfathomable reason has left mid off back for the last ball of the over. Not that we're that likely to get Sree out with this captaincy.

two straw grasping positives:

1. This pitch is flaaat. If we collapse (which we probably will), it is purely our own fault. Even Sreesanth is getting runs.

2. Southee has bowled well on a flat pitch. Good to see.
