2012 according to the ODT, a year longer than Wagner expected.
I've been reading in papers that's either Jan or April next year.
I thought it was early next year too.
Nah, look, I'm sure Blakey and PEWS know more about Wagner's eligibility than the cricket writer for the paper based in the same town as Wagner and who actually talked to Wagner and Ross Dykes about it. You should probably retract, Bahnz.

New round in a couple of days. What are your picks dudes?

Auckland host Central Districts
Northern Districts host Canterbury
Wellington host Otago

Backing the tourists in all the matches. Backing McCone and Astle to have stunners. Otago are putting together a pretty gun team, and CD will continue their unbeaten run to the title with an annihilation of the JAFAs.

Holy ****, what was the match situation like when he exploded with that innings?
Can't remember, but Wellington are usually up **** creek when batting this season.

IIRC the guy at the other end was batting along at an acceptable rate.

Oh wow, doesn't even look like they were struggling too much.... He used to go to my school, remember him being ambidextrous and exceptionally talented, so it's a bit disappointing he hasn't achieved more.
He had a really good season last year, but his form must be absolutely awful atm.

Andrew Mathieson added to the ND squad to play tomorrow. Would be his debut correct?

Also what's the point of having Sherlock in the squad if the guy doesn't play? Surely they need only look at his history of injuries and realise he's a given to not play. 12th man last week and this week I assume has missed out again because of another injury.

Yeah, although personally I don't think he'll play unless we decide to go with four seamers or play Jono Boult in the top seven. It would be a good chance to finally give him a run though it must be said, espeically considering when the likes of Arnel, Verma etc come back he isn't going to get much of a chance after that.
