New Zealand Cricket - Williamson century sets up big win

New Zealand and Maharashtra played their third and final game up in Darwin today. New Zealand made 301 with Williamson making 117 and Watling 60, Hopkins pitched in with a quick 30. Maharashtra didn't really get going and were bowled out for 189 with Kyle Mills picking up 4-22.

Seems like the top order got a real good hit out during these three games, Watling, Williamson and Guptill all made big runs. The middle order didn't really get much of a chance in the second and third games though, hopefully they get the same workload in Sri Lanka

Sehwag
Sachin
Yuvraj
Dhoni
Yosaf
Raina
Harbhajan
Praveen
Zaheer
Nehra

If that team plays India have more than a reasonable chance.Toss will be crucial in Sri Lanka.Dhoni seems to have lost his luck with tosses of late

Realised today I need to brace myself for headlines such as

"Black Caps Kane Sri Lanka"

or

"Williamson Kane's Indian Bowling".

Surprised I haven't seen it yet.

Sachin hasn't played a single ODI since the 200* in february. Hope he isn't planning on walking into the World Cup cold.

Athlai doesn't lie. And he doesn't do sarcasm either, so you know it's true!

Incredibly Sachin has not played an ODI during the months April-August since England tour of 2007. That is a refreshing change considering how he was literally hopping from ODI to ODI during the heydeys of 90s.

I would like him to maintain a healthy 2:1 ratio of ODIs to tests played till World Cup.

I would, but selectively and at my convenience, rather than as of now when my fanship urges me to follow every match that has S R Tendulkar in the scoreboard.
