Lovely shot there from Kane. Only got two for it, but it'll hopefully give him some confidence.

Dissapointed with the Styris dismissal. He got an inside edge to a leg cutter. It was like he was anticipating it to move away more.

Three great-looking shots in a row, but all straight at the same fielder.

@Ed - I thought that W was playing away from his body a little bit - and that Sharma was trying to bowl a leg cutter to get him caught behind. But Kane had it covered...good passage of play.

That ball did a lot - and Kane is dismissed for a promising 13. Don't know whether to blame his defensive system or the delivery. Certainly his bat and pad should have been tighter together.

There were definitely some good signs in Kane's knock. Hope he improves on this further in his next game (which I'm getting an inkling might not be in the final of this tournament...).

Best 13 ever tbh Nah he looked alright, at least he was looking to put the bad balls away unlike Elliott, I really don't understand this knock.

And Hopkins, gah. Hopeless. Going to be such a huge asset to the test team isn't he.

Four boundaries in the whole innings so far. Splendid.

This is embarrassing.
Mr Extras is still our top scorer.
Elliot is batting for the draw.
Hopkins is an affront to humanity.
