plzz note that it will be exactly 12 mtches not more nor less per year

A 6 week tournament where teams are equally likely to beat each other is a whole different kettle of fish to a 4 year tournament with a wide range of team abilities on show - people will quickly lose interest.

4 years for one league doesn't really show who the best team is because of the timespan involved - so IMO no need to actually change the current ranking system.

Another point you need to address is where do Pakistan play their home games, and how will all the teams fit in 6 homes tests when their home seasons overlap?

You are simply replacing one points system with another, fans will not care. Considering the financial drawbacks of such a system, there is no real benefit to introducing the format you propose.

^a four year tournament will be a massive extravaganza it will earn name in guiness book of records good for cricket

the present system sucks so no problm in expmnting

Take it he's banned because he was Hrthnik? Funny, he managed to changed his style a bit at first, albeit with similar themes, but by the time he was pleading for us to show this to people in charge and "PLZZZ read carefully" he'd reverted.
