If a Test takes place in WI,Aus or SA you assume ALL the wickets to be bouncy?
Know how I know that you didn't watch the group games early in the week?

There are more chances of finding bouncy wicket in these countries than other.

Now by your logic if we have to check how a player plays spin, then instead of checking his average in sub-continent , we will check his average in NZ
