If he played for Australia he'd have more Test wickets than anyone ever!

Well, he said something like that anyway.

Rik

Cricketer Of The Year
There was a medium-fast seamer from Kent known as "Jimmy Adams"

He was a professional barman.

Well Waqar Yunis used to introduce himself as the worlds best bowler sometime ago, someone asked him wheather he was the best batsman too ??? He said "no" !

How very modest of him !

when was it u met him hoggy?
Umm it was after a ODI at the MCG in 98/99 which can be remembered for the fact that it was 40 degrees, and some clown threw a billiard ball at Mark Ealham so Warnie came out and tried to settle the crowd down and was wearing a helmet. Only resulted in everyone just yelling louder and the Warnie chant got going! :D

He made 75* or so and they were having a kick after the game to warm down. Got a few autographs that night, Ponting, Martyn, McGrath, Alec Stewart.

Top day. 8D

hmm never met or heard anything about Gough or Giles, but i think i will trust marc on this one :)
You can tell it is in Gough's case from his bubbly on-field persona and how much a lift he gives the side.

Giles has revealed it in intervews he's given.
