Article also says Joyce considering going back too, which is again good news for Ireland.

IMO it is a bit ridiculous that Joyce can change his mind several times on who he wants to play for. I mean he should of been told years ago, either Ireland or England, and once you make your mind up, that's who you play for.

But Hamish has to do his four years to play for Ireland? These rules are rather confusing.

They both do, tbf. Need to wait four years from their last international for an ICC full member but, ironically, we could then pick Joyce the very next day after he played again for Ireland as they're only an associate.
