Bracken bowled on far less bowler friendly pitches to Fleming or Dale tbh. Gotta be consistent when you compare players from the 90s to 2000s.
It's not an exact science (and thus the "Gotta be consistent when you compare players from the 90s to 2000s" accusation people throw my way not-irregularly isn't the most cogent thing ever said), for all sorts of reasons - ODIs and Tests aren't the same thing being the most significant one. But yes, Bracken has indeed had less in his favour and I'd have little hesitation in placing him > Dale and almost certainly > Fleming too as a ODI bowler.

Nonetheless, that former Australian side was better IMO.
