Will s africa release players for ipl

Whilst s africa have no international matches, they have domestic games up to mid april, now some players not in the s africa side play ipl, will they be released too.
If so the s african domestic comp will be lacklustre.

Of the other teams australia and nz play a test series, australia won't release their state players.
West indies play zimbabwe in 5 one dayers, which must piss of chris gayle.
England and bangladesh square off in a series.
Pakistan missed the deadline.
Which leaves srilanka only free for ipl3 depending on what s africa do.

Happy times for Kings XI in that case.

Not releasing Australian state players is a bit much. I cannot see people like Quiney being utilised, and they'd be much better off getting IPL cash while they still can.

I could see the likes of warner and quiney being released by the states, doubt either will be in the mix of first class cricket later in the season.
quiney can't even make the one day side.
But the rest,state duty.
