Has there ever been an SLA with a doosra? Cant think of one, and this list is heavily represented with them.
We had a discussion on this a while back - no-one has ever heard anything of one. It's bound to happen at some point eventually, but given how many more right-arm bowlers abound than left-arm, maybe not for a little while yet.

Swann, Harris appear to have done decently enough (superficially).
For the 3rd went with Herath. He did reasonably in India this year, and better than Murali and Mendis (of especial importance to India fans, after 2008). This requires some sort of acknowledgement.

This is possibly unfair on Vettori (who has never stood out in India) and Shakib (especially since it looks like he's not going to get a chance to). Wouldnt mind exchanging Harris for Vettori.

The 'in India' test is a fair one for ranking non-Indian spinners. (Indian spinners in India dont have to bowl to Indian batsmen).

Vettori's only bowled on a turning deck in India once - Green Park 1999/2000, where funnily enough he actually did decently enough.

The decks in the other 4 Tests he's played in India couldn't have been flatter if they'd been the ARG.
