    Defeat in 2 Days

There is not a huge amount to discuss as Somerset didn't last long enough to warrant anything other than scathing criticism.
The pitch might have been a little dodgy but we were truly awful. I am very sad to say this but I don't see us finishing any highr than mid table at best. can't on earth see where the next win will come from.

    better luck next season, John.

I can empathise - I support Derbyshire but I'm used to it.

Hampshire fan here - are we destined to put up with mediocrity forever? So much optimism at the start of the season but nearly everyone's been injured at some point and most have struggled for form inbetween times!

All I can say is thank god for Derbyshire!! :P

    Truly awful

I seem to remember Wisden last year described the Northants attack as one that would struggle to break through a paper bag

Jason Brown is a very dangerous spinner when he's bowling well. I think he's thriving this summer thanks to the dry weather we've had?
