How can you say that when you haven't seen the effort?

OMG just saw the dropped catch by Akmel when Mahela was on 0, unbelievable.

Pakistan slightly on top having SL 3/104.

Great, when Akmal catches a tough chance the umpire doesn't give it out.

Bit lucky not to be LBW there though. It looked good to me.

Ending up as a good day for Sri Lanka, now that both Pak openers are gone.

Mmm. Pakistan will fancy their chances with Yousuf and Younus still in tact.

Yousuf has been Murali's bunny for a long time. He's not there in this match, so expect him to score big. Paranavithana and Matthews did very well as youngsters. Dilshan played a horrible shot, and so was Warnapura. Samaraweera got an absolute screamer.

SL's going to find this hard, as there were some glaring selection errors. Although Kulasekara did take wickets, Dhammika Prasad should've been the man. With Thushara operating at 135-140k mark and Prasad operating around 140k with some 145+ stuff, and with steady Mathews, it would have been better. Mohammed Suraj or Sekkuge Prasanna should have got the nod ahead of out of form Herath.

Yousufs way out of form. Hes not performed in any of the warmups but maybe hes waiting for the big stage.

Also off topic but why is Mohamed Suraj now listed as Suraj Randiv. Has he done a "Dilshan"?

Yes apparently. The reason not clear. May be he wants to marry a Sinhalese girl.
