The Lankans have been extremely classy throughout this terrible affair. They had a right to be angry and lash out against the Pakistani authorities. Instead, they focus on the positives where they can, like in this incident.

Very true. Sri Lankans have always been so accommodating that some teams take them for granted.

Not sure why the inverted commas around hero in the thread title tbh
I imagine it's just to emphasise that that's what they were dubbing him.

Anyway, that bus-driver can't be paid enough compliments IMO. Very, very likely that his presence-of-mind and coolness of head saved one hell of a lot of lives.
