I like the way I've drafted no specialist spinners and am still rated highly in both drafts . So much depth in pace bowling through history.
    Or something.

RIP Fardin Qayyumi (AKA "cricket player"; "Bob"), 1/11/1990 - 15/4/2006

Worked out I have the best batting side by average in the comp. Follow that up with Brax, Mendis, Gul, and the all-round skills of Shakib, Flintoff and Kallis and I'm pretty chuffed.

    And by strike rate?

    When does this finish?

Tbh, didn't check strike-rate. I put the close date for a week when I made it. Good work on leading so far.

My team definitely possesses the best bowling line-up with great variations (Ambrose, Walsh, Bishop, Cairns in pace and Murali in spin with the two Maliks as part-timers, if needed) and home soil advantage... My batting line-up has got a specialist opener (Haynes), two powerplay specialists at the top (kalu and Ross), two great Pakistani anchors in the middle (Maindad and Saleem Malik), two hard-hitters for the end overs (Shoaib Malik and Cairns)...My keeper has got experience of keeping to Murali which is a big plus...My 12th man can bat anywhere from 1 to 5, is a good keeper and an excellent fielder (AB de Villiers)...And with AB, Ross, Shoaib Malik etc. in the team, my fielding looks more than decent...

Not possible tbh. I'm sure if they look at the thread, they'll read that though.

You picked a particularly dire captain. Although at least you didn't do what HDS did and pick one prone to deliberately losing.

Haha, then don't vote for them if that's your opinion. Personally, I reckon he was a top leader and led by example.

NUFAN win Test Draft (by a tie), ODI Draft and Mystery Test (sim).

    Too good for us really.

    Cheers.

I was happy with my team but felt that perhaps a better batsman under pressure in tight matches could have been a better option over one of SOD and Oram.

If everyone was in form, my batsman would score very well though.

The SIM that I won was very lucky I didn't have the best Team at all.
