That's the thing. I just wrote a list of about 15 players I wanted to pick next. There is 22 picks before my next go, I don't expect any of the 15 to be left by the time it's my turn.

Hadlee is a very decent choice.

Yeah I'm taking my specialist bowlers first, they are the most important, you need to take 20 wickets to win a match, plus, there are less (in general).

Yeah Sobers is a brillant asset for the team. As someone else here once explained it, he's like having Lara's batting, Vaas AND Vettori's bowling, and Clarke's fielding, all in one player.

I think we should establish a ground rule that while you can discuss players already selected, you can't discuss the merits of players not selected as yet, nor compare players selected with those not yet selected. Want people to think for themselves - which has been the case so far - rather than being influenced by suggestions from others.

I'd add Paul Adams bowling to that as well as he also bowled left arm wrist spin to a highly competant level.

I alos remember reading somewhere that he played a couple of football internationals as a goalkeeper for one of the cariberian islands.
