Nice choice in Garner, should compliment Marshall well.

AR Border chosen a little early IMO, however he was a great fighter and along with Wasim Akram you have two of the best left handers from the last 25 years.

I was all set to pick Garner at the top of the round but changed my mind and went with Hobbs at the last minute. I think the ranks of the great openers are thinner than fast bowlers so that was a big factor, plus maybe McGrath and Garner are a bit too similar and would be better suited with someone else sharing the new ball with them.

Marshall and Garner you certainly can't argue with that. Well you could try, but would get a cricket ball to the head for your trouble.

are we going to change the draft order at all, or will it be the same set up all the way through?

What do you mean exactly? The order will keep being flipped from odd to even rounds, yes.

I don't think Jakester is going to go in time, so I pick George Headley.

Is somebody actually going to simulate a series after the draft, or is this exercise just for the sake of enjoyment?
